Inspired by the fold of an Elizabethan satin fabric collar, Naomi Sarna adorned this natural color Chinese freshwater Pearl with gems that harmonize with its iridescent tones. Sarna then draped Gold and gemstones around the Pearl to create a collar for this luminous gem, which is suspended from a rich Ruby and Garnet torsade necklace. The Contessa appeared in the pages of Life in Naples Magazine.Â
