On the first blush of an early spring day, the petals of a flower open to reveal a lush pink Morganite heart. Unfurling petals are covered in sparkling dewdrops of precious colored Diamonds and Sapphires. The warm color of the 14.50 carat Morganite captured the imagination of Naomi Sarna who was inspired to create this glamorous cocktail ring by the flowers blossoming on her rooftop garden. A member of the beryl family of gems, Morganite has a rich history. It got its name when Tiffany & Co. chief gemologist named it in honor of gem collector and financier J.P. Morgan.
