Inspired by the ocean around Madagascar, jewelry artist Naomi Sarna hand-carved this rare, unheated 47-carat blue Topaz that she found when she traveled to the mines of the island nation. Accented by Diamonds, the Topaz is set in Palladium, a metal that is part of the Platinum family. The Madagascar Moon ring won Palladium Honors at the prestigious American Gem Trade Association Spectrum Awards design competition.
